Additional items discount price | Traditional Cotswold Stoneware

Additional or multiple item discounted price

Save on multi-item orders exclusively on our official website!
(Valid for all website, eBay, and Etsy customers on any combined order up to dispatch, as long as at least one item is a large piece marked as a Freight Item).

📦 Why We Offer This Discount

Most of our stoneware is heavy and must be shipped securely on a pallet. Shipping a single item costs broadly the same as a full pallet load up to 1000kg.

Unlike other companies that hide postage costs until checkout, our main listing prices include full delivery. Because ordering multiple items creates a huge shipping saving for us, we pass 100% of those freight savings directly back to you!

Please note: Additional items are wrapped securely together on the main pallet (not packaged individually).
Some postcodes may carry a courier surcharge, but your items will still qualify for the discount.

🛠️ How It Works

There is no limit to your discount. As long as your extra items fit on the same pallet alongside your most expensive item (which acts as your full-price shipping anchor), you qualify for our discounted workshop rates.

✨ When Savings Are Automatic (No Code Needed):
If you are simply ordering pairs or groups of the same item directly from a single product page dropdown (such as choosing a set of 2, 3, or 4 matching staddle stones, or one of our pre-made bench packages), these pallet savings are already fully built into the prices! You can checkout instantly.

📲 When You Need a Custom Code (Mix-and-Match Orders):
If you want to mix and match completely different items from separate sections of our website to build a bespoke garden layout—such as buying a garden bench and wanting to add a separate stone trough onto the same pallet—our system cannot calculate this automatically.

To claim your massive shipping discount on a mixed load, simply reach out to us with the items you want and your delivery postcode. We will verify the pallet space and issue you a custom checkout code!
